This is a place where you will be able to find mostly what inspires me and mostly what I create and would buy myself! I do my very best to match high quality standards to an uplifting and joyful mood, because our days and lives need a smile and a bright mood!

Payment
First, you can use Paypal, and comfortably use your credit or debit card, without having the need to register on Paypal!
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Easy, right?
I would like to let you know that I won't be able to wrap your purchase and send it over to you, until payment has been cleared, as you may understand! If you order something and do not proceed with your payment, I will have to cancel your order after one week, as you may understand, of course!
And if you're having any doubts or trouble with your payment, just let me know!
And if you decide to cancel your order? Well, you'll have to convo me (through the "Contact" button on the shop below my icon) for details, because I guess that every case needs to be carefully taken care of, don't you think?
Shipping
PRINTED WALL ART: As soon as your payment has been cleared, I will arrange your beautiful package, and ship to you using Priority Mail Service, through Portuguese Mail Office, which is done every week.
THROW PILLOWS: All throw pillows ordered will be sent to production as soon as your payment clears. Note that our illustrations are 100% originals, but we use production partners to complete the manufacturing process and most of the times send it to you, to avoid adding more weeks into the delivery time (mainly due Customs regulations and the current situation of COVID-19). This means that depending on where you’re located and the size of the throw pillow you choose, throw pillows will be sent from different locations to get to you faster.
Most common countries we ship to:
Orders coming from Europe - production in Latvia
Orders coming from the US - production in North Carolina
Orders coming from Australia - production in North Carolina or Mexico
Please take note that all products are made to order, so expect the following schedule before you order is ready to ship:
* PRINTS: 3 business days (printed and shipped from Portugal)
* THROW PILLOWS: up to 7 business days (printed in the US/Europe/Mexico and drop-shipped from the supplier that is closer to you)
All orders take around 1 week to arrive in Europe/US and up to 4/5 weeks to arrive everywhere else in the world. Please note that orders may arrive much sooner too, but Menina Lisboa May not be held responsible for delays due to orders being held in Customs or other kind of delays.
FEES & TAXES: Menina Lisboa is not responsible for any fees or taxes that you may have to pay in Customs, once the order arrives. If you decide not to pay for Custom fees, the order will be returned to Menina Lisboa's office in Portugal, and no refunds will take place. I will email you and will gladly ship the order again, but you will have to pay for shipping again.
In any case, I will send over to your main address, unless you tell me to use one other address. But I would like you to do it while your payment is being cleared (in case you pay by e-check), and I'm sure this is fine for you!
TRACKING: Every order in Menina Lisboa comes with a tracking code, which is given to you when you receive the Shipping Notification. You can then track your order at any time.
If some information is wrongly given or vague and you still have not received your package, please contact me for further details. We'll need to join forces to contact the Post Office in both of our countries and try to find your order. This always work the best, if we work together. It's my interest that you are a satisfied customer, with your order at home, and you'll be a much more satisfied customer if you know I'm trying my best to find your package.

In any case, all products are made to order, shipped to Menina Lisboa's office for quality control and then shipped to you, except throw pillows, which for your convenience (regarding speed of shipping and Custom fees) are drop-shipped... so designed in Portugal, made and shipped in the US most of the time :)
